Role Overview
The Finance Intern will support travel and expense operations, including reviewing employee expense claims, administering expense management and corporate card systems, preparing reconciliations and assisting with finance process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Review employee expense claims for compliance with company policies and external regulatory requirements.
- Support administration of the expense management application.
- Support administration of the corporate credit card programme.
- Identify and communicate policy exceptions to management.
- Respond to employee questions regarding expense reporting applications.
- Monitor system audit rules, reminders, settings and employee data.
- Work with the General Accounting team on process improvements.
- Prepare monthly reconciliations of corporate card statements and employee reimbursements in NetSuite.
- Support integration between Ramp and NetSuite.
- Assist with reports and user or administrator training materials.
Eligibility & Required Skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills.

- Flexibility to adapt to business needs.
- Sound judgment and tact when handling uncertain situations.
- Exposure to ERP systems is preferred.
- Experience or exposure to Ramp, Navan, Brex, SAP Concur, ChromeRiver or NetSuite is preferred.
