Role Overview
The Associate System Engineer will convert process definitions into optimized cognitive solutions and support solution delivery using Watson APIs, Watsonx products, Cognitive Assistance tools, and IBM Consulting platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert process definitions into optimized cognitive solutions.
- Use Watson APIs and Watsonx products for solution development.
- Work with Watsonx Orchestrate and Watsonx Assistant.
- Collaborate with clients, project managers, and RPA architects.
- Use IDCP and IBM Consulting Advantage Platform assets.
- Apply Cognitive Process Automation concepts to solution development.
- Support high-quality solution delivery throughout the project lifecycle.
Eligibility & Required Skills

- 0–1 years of experience.
- Exposure to Cognitive Process Automation.
- Familiarity with Watson APIs and Watsonx products.
- Understanding of Watsonx Orchestrate and Watsonx Assistant.
- Knowledge of Agent Assist and User Assist is relevant.
- Basic understanding of IDCP, Methodx, assets, and assistants.
- Ability to collaborate with project teams and stakeholders.
