- Support Customer Success and Renewals teams in daily operational workflows.
- Analyze business data and operational metrics.
- Track customer trends and generate actionable insights.
- Support reporting and operational review processes.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Product, and Support teams.
- Maintain trackers, reports, and operational documentation.
