Primary Job Responsibilities:
Installation, configuration, diagnosis, and resolution of technical issues related to Microsoft products, including Microsoft client operating systems (Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10), Email (Outlook), File & Print service, MS Office, and various business applications.
Installation, configuration, diagnosis, and resolution of technical issues related to technology peripherals such as desktops, thin clients, laptops, printers, and scanners.
Migration and deployment of desktops and laptops built as per company standards.
Communicating with overseas customers and resolving desktop-related problems using remote tools like MS Teams, Skype for Business, WebEx, etc.
Supporting desktop maintenance and security maintenance, including virus updates and patch management.
Interacting with technical personnel at various levels and addressing technical issues with non-technical associates.
Ideal Candidate Would Have:
Bachelor’s Degree – BE / B.Tech / MCA.
Ability to troubleshoot operating systems, hardware, and software.
Good communication skills.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
Understanding of Office 365.
Good logical ability and time management skills.
Smart approach towards incident management.
Ability to communicate with overseas customers and problem-solving skills using remote tools like MS Teams, Skype for Business, WebEx, etc.
