🚀 Role: Trainee Data Management Consultant
As a key player in our team, you will:
* Collaborate with technical and business end-users to understand and identify data solutions.
* Ensure solutions meet business requirements by working closely with technical resources.
* Diagnose and troubleshoot customer issues as the first-level support.
* Adhere to customer SLAs and manage support requests.
* Work on Machine Learning/Artificial Intelligence algorithms.
* Collaborate with engineering teams, clarifying requirements and ensuring delivery provides value to customers.
* Assist in managing customer and stakeholder expectations.
💡 Required Knowledge & Skills:
* Excellent knowledge of RDMS concepts.
* Proficiency in SQL query building and writing PL/SQL blocks.
* Good knowledge of Shell scripting and Unix commands.
* Excellent Communication and Documentation skills.
* Availability for 24×7 Global shifts.
🎓 Qualifications and Requirements:
* Good written and verbal communication.
* Solid understanding of computer science fundamentals and software engineering.
* Creative problem-solving skills and excellent troubleshooting/debugging skills.
* Any technical certification or internship experience is an added advantage.
* 2022 – 2023 – 2024 passout candidates preferred.
