We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven AI/ML Engineer to join our engineering team in Mumbai, India. This position is ideal for recent graduates with a solid understanding of AI and machine learning principles, who are eager to apply their knowledge in a real-world setting.

Responsibilities

• Analyze real-world problems and identify potential AI and ML solutions.
• Explore and visualize data to gain insights and identify differences in data distribution that could affect model performance in the real world.
• Verify data quality and ensure it via data cleaning or other methods.
• Find available datasets online for training purposes.
• Generate synthetic data when necessary.
• Define validation strategies for models.
• Define preprocessing or feature engineering to be done on a given dataset.
• Design data augmentation pipelines.
• Train models and tune their hyperparameters.
• Perform transfer learning and fine-tune pretrained models.
• Evaluate trained/fine-tuned models.
• Deploy models to production.

Requirements

• Pursuing or completed a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of AI and machine learning principles.
• Familiarity with data exploration, cleaning, and visualization techniques.
• Experience working with datasets and any machine learning libraries
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to learn quickly.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
• Passion for AI and machine learning technologies.
