Job Description Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and curious Intern to join the India Talent Acquisition team. As an ideal candidate, you should have experience in forming relationships, influencing stakeholders and prior experience with processes and technologies that help elevate candidate experience and execute our TA strategy.

This is an exciting time to join PayPal and you will be an integral part of our evolving team. As part of the team, you will own end-to-end hiring activities across our operations business areas, partnering closely with coordination, onboarding and training. Additionally, you will engage closely with leaders on site, the broader HR community, and the Global Talent Acquisition team.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment data metrics related project on Talent Acquisition related policies, processes and interview process.

Developing innovative recruitment strategies and manage end to end hiring activities, delivering an efficient and effective service to all involved in the hiring process.

Monitor and ensure 100% compliance of hiring process activities and resolve any discrepancies

Conduct on-going market research and provide market intelligence to the business as required.

Assist in identifying, organise, attend and participate in sourcing channels, such as: community outreach events, job fairs, Meet-ups, conferences, educational institutions, non-profit organisations and social networking activities, on behalf of PayPal, in order to promote PayPal’s employer-brand

Qualifications & Skillset

Bachelors in Arts/ HR or Business Management / B.E/ B.Tech in Comp Science. Graduating in 2025.

Ability to multitask, manage projects and strong presentation skills coupled with technical / business acumen.

Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment of change, challenge and multiple deadlines and priorities.

Sourcing, networking and relationship building skills.
