Role Overview
As an early-career AI-native engineer you will help build domain-specific software platforms powered by GenAI and agentic codebases. The mission is to co-create intelligent, self-evolving systems that deliver transformational outcomes at scale.
Key Responsibilities
– Build Domain IP: contribute to SLMs and reusable agentic modules tuned to industries (banking, healthcare, supply chain).
– Engineer with purpose: develop domain-aware AI agents that perform business tasks such as document understanding and decision making.
– Architect the software of the future: design modular, self-learning, interpretable frameworks for reuse and monetization.
– AI-First development: use agentic development environments and AI-native tooling (Copilot, Claude, Gemini) to ideate, generate, test and deploy software IP.
– Collaborate: work with domain experts, cognitive architects and data scientists to embed enterprise knowledge into software.
– Reimagine workflows: re-orchestrate legacy processes into GenAI-powered experiences with automation, prediction and learning.
– Lead with data and models: curate domain datasets, fine-tune SLMs, experiment with prompt engineering and RAG to maximize accuracy and relevance.
– Operationalize innovation: integrate into production using cloud-native infrastructure, containerization and MLOps/DevOps practices.
– Document specs, maintain cloud diagrams and track development/deployment activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
– Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, AI or related.
– Proficiency in Python, Java, Go or similar and exposure to LLM/SLM tooling.
– Awareness of transformer models, GenAI architectures and frameworks like LangChain, RAG or OpenLLM.
– Modular, product-centric thinking (building IP, not just projects).
– Exposure to agentic AI platforms/tools (CrewAI, AutoGen, AutoGPT, OpenAgents).
– Familiarity with cloud-native tech (AWS/GCP/Azure), serverless and containerization.
– Strong analytical mindset and passion for AI-driven software.
Preferred Skills
– Experience building or fine-tuning SLMs or narrow-domain models.
– Exposure to vector DBs, semantic retrieval pipelines and prompt engineering.
– Understanding of domain modeling, ontology creation and enterprise knowledge graphs.
– Knowledge of responsible AI and explainable AI practices.
– Early open-source contributions to GenAI ecosystems or agent frameworks.
