Job Title: Backend Developer

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services using the MERN stack.
Implement and optimize RESTful APIs to support frontend functionalities.
Utilize AWS services to deploy and manage backend applications efficiently.
Implement Redis for caching to improve application performance and reduce latency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Apply Data Structures and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles to create maintainable and scalable code.
Establish and manage CI/CD pipelines for streamlined code deployment and integration.
Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain system stability.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation.
Required Skills and Experience:
Proficiency in backend development using the MERN stack.
Strong understanding of AWS services and their application in backend development.
Experience with Redis for caching and performance optimization.
Solid knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms.
Familiarity with OOP principles and design patterns.
Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
Knowledge of CI/CD tools and best practices.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment.
