Position Summary
We are looking for a talented Full stack Developer to join our Quant team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with both frontend and backend technologies, specifically React with Redux, Flask, and MongoDB. As a Full stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications that deliver a seamless user experience and robust functionality.
Job Profile
Design, develop, and maintain high-quality web applications using React, Redux, Flask, and MongoDB.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code.
Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to the team’s best practices.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure we are always using the best tools and techniques.
Requirements
Education Qualifications
Strong Academics, Degree Educated or Equivalent.
Work Experience
Fresher
Proficiency in React, Redux, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind
Worked on Flask and Python (Knowledge of Node.js is a plus).
Proficiency in MongoDB, including database design and optimization.
Skill Set
Experience with Git and version control workflows
Experience in designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
Familiarity with testing frameworks and tools.
Knowledge of continuous integration and deployment practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment
