  • Provide top-tier customer support via voice, chat, and email channels.
  • Manage tickets efficiently by prioritizing, categorizing, and updating their status.
  • Assist in technical troubleshooting such as password resets, internet-related issues, and system access.
  • Work in rotational shifts across regions and time zones.

Desired Skills: Excellent English communication, interpersonal skills, multitasking, and willingness to work 24/7 shifts. Candidates must be flexible to relocate.
