🔹 Analyst Trainee – IT & Integrated Smart Operations

Job Responsibilities:

  • Write and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures

  • Perform CRUD operations based on Low-Level Design

  • Execute manual and automated tests using prepared test cases/scripts

  • Troubleshoot and fix tickets as per SOPs

  • Use ITSM and data analytics tools

  • Engage in innovation and experimentation

Skills Required:

  • Good communication (verbal & written)

  • Time management, collaboration & critical thinking

  • Strong analytical & problem-solving ability

Eligibility:

  • 2025 graduates with BCA/BSc (CS/IT/Maths/Stats/Electronics/Physics/Chemistry)

  • Consistent academic record with minimum 60% in 10th, 12th, and UG (no rounding off)

  • No standing arrears at the time of joining


🔹 Analyst Trainee – Multicloud

Job Responsibilities:

  • Administer and support computing, server, and cloud environments

  • Monitor systems and handle incident management

  • Follow SOPs, ensure compliance, and contribute to service improvements

  • Support Windows, Networks, Messaging, Cloud, and Storage

Role Expectations:

  • 24/7 shift willingness

  • Client-centric with global communication skills

  • Ready to relocate based on business need

Eligibility:

  • 2025 graduates with any three-year full-time degree

  • Minimum 50% in X, XII, UG (no rounding off, no standing arrears)


🔹 Analyst Trainee – Digital Workplace Services

Job Responsibilities:

  • Offer first-line technical support for end-users

  • Troubleshoot software/hardware issues

  • Escalate and document support tickets properly

  • Create knowledge base articles and self-help documents

Role Expectations:

  • Flawless communication and technical troubleshooting skills

  • Work in shifts and from office

  • Flexibility in location and assignment

Eligibility:

  • 2025 graduates with any three-year full-time degree

  • Minimum 50% in X, XII, UG (no standing arrears, no rounding off)
