Job Description :

Role: Software Developer

Develop, test, and implement new software programs

Write clean and efficient code

Collaborate with an energetic team of engineers to refine the design, implementation, and architecture of the product on the cloud

Troubleshoot, debug, and maintain existing software programs

Monitor the quality, performance, and usage of the developed functionalities in applications

Work closely with the product management team, developers, designers, and support representatives to manage and enhance applications

Demonstrate willingness to learn new technologies and frameworks

Continuously improve the product

Software Engineer

Role: DevOps Engineer

Possess good problem-solving and analytical skills

Have working knowledge of Python and shell scripting

Experience with Java or JavaScript

Exhibit excellent communication and troubleshooting skills

Focus on automating tasks and workflows with good coding skills

Ensure agility, scalability, and responsiveness of systems and workflows

Show adaptability to learn new technologies and components

Be ready to work in shifts and collaborate with internal and external teams on multiple platforms

Serve as the first point of contact for issues in components and help troubleshoot by working with teams

Role: Quality Analyst (Software Testing)

Learn new products from different business units in the portfolio

Work closely with cross-functional service teams

Create and execute comprehensive test plans based on requirements

Convert end-to-end user scenarios into test cases and execute them to uncover bugs

Document, implement, monitor, and enforce testing processes as per organizational standards

Track and report testing activities such as test results, test case coverage, required resources, defect metrics, and performance baselines
