[bluesubheading]Key Responsibilities of Zoho Books Technical Trainer Role:[/bluesubheading]
1. Training Delivery:
Design and deliver customized training sessions on Zoho Books for clients including individuals, students, Chartered Accountants, professionals, and corporate teams
Cover Zoho Books modules like Chart of Accounts, Sales (Invoices, Estimates, Payments), Purchases (Bills, Expenses), Banking, Inventory, Projects, Time Tracking, Journals, and Financial Reporting
Adapt training to suit skill levels from beginners to advanced users
Include hands-on exercises, real-world case studies, and interactive Q&A
2. Assessment and Feedback:
Evaluate participant comprehension and gather feedback to improve training quality
Provide post-training support and guidance
3. Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of sessions, attendance, feedback
Prepare reports on training success and client satisfaction
[bluesubheading]Eligibility Criteria – Zoho Books Technical Trainer:[/bluesubheading]
Proven expertise in Zoho Books and its advanced features.
Strong foundational understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and bookkeeping.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (Hindi is an advantage).
Experience using Zoho applications for training or business operations.
Ability to create professional training videos.
Willingness to travel extensively across locations.
