Qualification : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science
Batch: Any Batch
Package : 4-8 LPA
What You’ll Need:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Basic understanding of software testing principles and methodologies
Familiarity with any programming or scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) is a plus
General knowledge about AI, chatbots, NLP, and generative AI
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with testing methodologies
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus
What You’ll Do:
Assist in performing manual testing of Zigment.ai’s platform, ensuring the software meets business and user requirements
Help design, write, and maintain detailed test cases based on product requirements and user stories
Identify, document, and report bugs and defects using our bug tracking system, and collaborate with the development team to ensure timely resolution
Participate in regression testing to ensure that new code changes do not adversely affect the existing functionality
Assist in testing AI-driven features, including chatbots and NLP functionalities, ensuring they meet quality standards and user expectations
Stay updated with the latest digital trends, AI advancements, and best practices in software testing to continuously improve our QA processes
Critical Soft Skills:
Ability to think on your feet, remain calm under pressure, and solve problems in real-time
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Patience, empathy, and genuine desire to help people
Desire and ability to rapidly learn a wide variety of new technical skills
Collaboration: willingness and ability to get help from team members when required, and the good judgment to know when to seek help
Precise technical writing skills is a bonus
