Role & Responsibilities
Review and understand all relevant documentation pertaining to the Project, including:
Scope of services
Conditions of contract
Project execution plan
Project schedule
Scope of work
Verify and ensure completeness of the scope of work associated with the project.
Prepare Project Control interface/coordination procedure for the Project.
Understand reporting requirements clearly and develop a reporting calendar for both planning and cost engineering.
Prepare and update schedules with relevant backups and qualifications, as required.
Prepare and update Schedule Basis Memorandum, as required.
Derive schedule dates for work activities and establish milestones in line with the project schedule.
Review and update the forecast of activities in the Level II/III schedule based on inputs from the progress measurement system and coordination with disciplines.
Coordinate the Rostering/Project Approval/PAFing process and take corrective actions to eliminate errors or wrong bookings.
Log all change requests and coordinate with the Project Manager to regularize scope changes, budget transfers, and schedule changes.
Prepare and issue reports timely as per the agreed reporting calendar.
Capture lessons learned on projects and document them for future use.
Qualifications
Graduate in any Engineering discipline
