 Education:
10th Standard: 60% or above
12th Standard: 60% or above
Graduation: 60% or CGPA Equivalent to 6.0 or above as applicable by the university guidelines
Open school or distance education is allowed for 10th & 12th only

Qualification:
B.E./B. Tech
Branch of Study:
Mechanical, Instrumentation, Automotive Engineering, CSE, ECE, IT, or Cyber Security
Other Criteria:
One backlog is allowed at the time of the Online Assessment.
Candidates are expected to clear the backlogs along with the 8th semester.
Max 3 years of GAP in education allowed (between 10th to commencement of graduation).
No gaps are allowed in the graduation period. Graduation should be completed within 4 years from the start of graduation.
Should be from a Full-time Degree course recognized by the Central/State Government of India.
Candidates must have completed a 3-month cool-off period from the previous assessment to be invited for the test process.
Should be an Indian Citizen or hold a PIO or OCI card if holding a passport of another country.
Bhutan and Nepal Nationals need to submit their citizenship certificate.
Candidates should be 18+ at the time of registration.
Compensation :
Elite – Telecom, Automotive, Embedded & CPPE (Security, Java Full Stack) FY 25 Hiring
INR 3.50 lacs per annum
Flat Bonus post 6 months from joining – INR 25K (merged with comp after 12 months of bonus payout)
Regular yearly increments
Merged Bonuses on the 18th, 24th, and 36th months from DOJ
Selection Process :
Online Assessment (128 minutes):
Aptitude Test – Logical Ability, Quantitative Ability, English (Verbal) Ability (48 mins)
Written Communication Test – Essay writing (20 mins)
Online Programming Test – Two programs for coding (60 mins)
Candidates can choose any one programming language: Java, C, C++, or Python
