Technical Skills
Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), SAS, and Mainframes principles/concepts
Proficiency in simple and complex SQL queries
Ability to write intermediate SQL queries
Understanding of automation testing principles; some exposure desirable
Knowledge of system testing and software quality assurance best practices and methodologies
Strong analytical skills with the ability to break down complex problems into manageable pieces and understand relationships between components
Application of basic relational database concepts (e.g., table relationships, keys, SQL, and DB2 queries)
Communication and Excellence
Excellent communication skills (oral, written, and listening)
Ability to share information, write, and speak concisely
Strong understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives
Takes ownership and responsibility for assigned work
Highly self-motivated and a team player
