Requirements
Collaborate with service-based customers to gather and understand their specific requirements.
Design and implement automated tests to meet customer requirements using the Testsigma platform.
Debug and resolve issues encountered during the automation process.
Handle customer inquiries via chat, email as needed.
Assist with troubleshooting, navigation, and product usage.
Work closely with the engineering and product teams to escalate and resolve technical issues.
Contribute to the development of internal knowledge bases and best practices for project execution.
Participate in rotational duties, including project-based work and general support tasks.
Responsibilities
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Basic understanding of software testing and automation concepts.
Familiarity with test automation tools (knowledge of Testsigma is a plus).
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools and technologies.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to understand and convey technical information clearly.
Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
