Salary Package: Upto 450,000.00 per Annum
Qualifications
Strong phone, verbal communication skills along with active listening and can comprehend in English
Excellent Interpersonal and comprehension skills
Good problem solving, Flexibility & conversational ability
Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls and Chat or Email in a timely manner
Following call center scripts when handling different topics
Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
Good at negotiating techniques, customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
Fast learner and passion for sales, collection, and customer service
Ability to use Internet applications
Knowledge of MS Office
PC Knowledge & shortcut keys.
Job Description & Responsibilities:-
Responsible for replying to Customer/Driver queries on emails and chats using the Client policies and process
Evaluates the submitted content to be in line with standards defined basis client policies and guidelines.
Make decisions according to the defined Policies and Procedures with High level of accuracy
Responsible to deliver high quality and productivity results that meet the identified targets.
Ability to maintain calm while reading/understanding/replying to writer’s concerns/queries
Strong ability to multitask and take fast decisions independently
Maintains composure and patience.
Correctly follow Flows and implement different quality standards/definition documents
Open to work in 24*7 environment.
5 days working
9 hours of shift
8 hours of login
Additional hours as and when required (per TP guidelines)
