Job Details
Candidates must have acquired qualifications from UGC-approved and AICTE-recognized institutions as regular scholars.
Qualifications from non-UGC/non-AICTE institutions or non-regular modes (correspondence, online, part-time) are not eligible.
Academic Eligibility Criteria:
Completion of the qualifying course in 2024 without any backlogs.
Minimum 65% in 10th/Xth, 12th/XIIth, Engineering, and MCA/M.Sc (Cybersecurity).
For Diploma holders after 10th, a minimum of 65% in Diploma is mandatory.
For those with both 12th and Diploma, a minimum of 70% in both is required.
No score improvement attempts in any academic program.
No more than a 1-year gap between any two academic programs since SSC.
Eligible Courses:
BE/B.Tech in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, E&C, E&TC, Telecom, Communications, Electronics.
MCA/M.Sc in Computer Science or Information Technology.
Additional Notes:
Program open only for 2024 graduates with a Provisional Degree Certificate or Consolidated Marksheet.
Not open to candidates who graduated before 2024 or M.E/M.Tech candidates.
Academic scores must be entered in % only. CGPA must be converted as per university guidelines.
Incorrect details may lead to withdrawal of the offer or termination of employment.
Selection Process (Online/Virtual):
Virtual and proctored online test within 1-2 weeks post-registration.
Face-to-Face interviews at Tech Mahindra Offices.
Each test stage serves as a filter for the next.
Registration Details:
Registration ID and PIN will be sent via email after successful registration.
Incorrect details may result in not receiving the ID & PIN.
Employment Terms:
Current employees must obtain NOC if required and ensure a clear exit to join Tech Mahindra.
Previous experience will not be considered for evaluation or job offer.
6-month gap required if previously appeared for Tech Mahindra’s recruitment drive.
