Role Overview
The Associate, Operations role is part of S&P Global’s Enterprise Solutions business. The Financial Operations & Reporting team manages client billing, business partner billing, revenue assurance activities, financial reporting, invoice dispute resolution, and various operational reporting functions. Associates play an important role in maintaining revenue accuracy and supporting leadership teams with operational insights.
Selected candidates will gain exposure to multiple business functions including sales operations, contract management, accounts receivable, accounts payable, SAP reporting, cash applications, client services, and operational analytics. The role provides an excellent foundation for careers in operations, business analysis, finance, reporting, and process management.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand business processes across contract, service, billing, and reporting cycles
- Support financial operations and revenue assurance activities
- Work with internal stakeholders including operations, product, finance, development, and client service teams
- Perform quality control checks to ensure process accuracy
- Analyze operational data and generate business reports
- Support invoice dispute resolution and reporting activities
- Handle multiple assignments while meeting strict deadlines
