Job Description:
We are seeking exceptional and motivated individuals who are passionate about programming, possess strong software development skills, and have demonstrable exposure to multiple toolsets and technologies.
We require team players with decent communication skills, logical thinking abilities, a strong work ethic, the capacity to work independently in a supportive and flexible work environment, and a keenness for learning.
Proper training will be provided on the tech stack.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with engineering managers, product managers, strategists, and design team members to develop our client’s websites using JavaScript, PHP, RequireJS, KnockOutJS, AlpineJS, PIMCore, Tailwind CSS, and LESS.
Design, develop, and maintain new and existing code, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Implement continuous deployment processes to ship code daily, aiming for a streamlined development workflow.
Attend daily stand-ups and other scheduled meetings, actively contributing to group discussions and providing valuable insights into technical aspects.
Manage tasks effectively using JIRA and communicate progress and status updates to tech leads and project managers.
Provide support during production releases and promptly investigate any issues that arise, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
Proactively identify and share emerging technologies or applications that could enhance our operations and activities, fostering innovation within the team.
Salary:
6 lac (during the training period/probation period of 6 months)
After the probation period of 6 months: Salary hike between 6.00 lac to 9.00 lac based on performance
