About the Role: Rubrik is seeking a Project/Program Manager Intern to support technical initiatives across its On-Prem and SaaS product portfolios. You’ll collaborate with engineers, product managers, and leadership to plan, manage, and execute multiple programs, gaining first-hand experience in agile processes, risk assessment, and product lifecycle management.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in defining project goals, milestones, and success metrics.
- Develop and maintain project documentation and schedules.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams on planning and delivery.
- Create dashboards and reports to track progress and KPIs.
- Identify risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies.
- Drive process improvement and documentation of best practices.

Responsibilities:
- Work with the QE team to test the Cornerstone Galaxy platform.
- Learn and implement automation frameworks like Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
- Execute test cases, debug issues, and ensure software reliability.
- Collaborate with developers and product teams to understand functionality.
- Gain hands-on experience with API testing and web services.
Skills Required:
- Knowledge of web technologies – HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
- Strong understanding of OOP concepts and scripting.
