Guiding leaders in adhering to our values, purpose, and philosophies for a positive employee experience

Influence business direction through People analytics, strategic planning, and advice

Impact the execution of People-related critical initiatives and programs/projects being run to support key strategic objectives

Duties and Responsibilities

Producing clean, efficient code based on specifications

Testing and deploying programs and systems

Fixing and improving existing software

Work with developers to design algorithms and flowcharts
