Your Team
- Be a member of the IoT CRT dev team. This team supports and fixes customer issues in IoT Product.
Your Day-to-Day
- Interact with TS, TPM, and PM to reproduce customer issues, understand the working of any functionality, prioritize bugs, incidents, improvements, fix issues, and submit issues.
- This role requires getting in conversations with customers along with TS to reproduce issues or provide solutions.
Required Skills
- Strong technical skills – Core Java, Javascript, Databases, Debugging tools, IDE
- Strong problem-solving and lateral thinking skills
- Drive for quick resolution of issues
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of Product Deployment Via Docker and DevOps tools would be an added advantage
