About the Graduate (IMPACT) Program
The program spans over 18 months and consists of three six-month rotations (3*6) across different departments like Full Stack Development, Data Science/AI-ML, Data Engineering/Data Virtualization, Cloud Engineering, Devops, Automation, Agile Project Management & Product Development.
Responsibilities
- The role is focused on the development and delivery of solutions and core software products.
- All team members are responsible for the delivery into production and ensure performance, resilience, and customer satisfaction.
Basic Required Qualifications
- Fresher with bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or another analytical/technical subject (Passing year 2026)
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Willing to work in 24*5 rotational shift depending on the business requirement.
- Knowledge on Coding, Data structure & algorithms.
- Good understanding of object-oriented programming, clean code principles, and design patterns.
