BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION

• Hands on in Manufacturing execution system Rockwell software like Rockwell FTPC, JAVA, FTVP
• Functional knowledge on Rockwell MES (FTPC), Punts scripting.
• Expertise in solution design and development on FTPC platform including integrations to ERP and L2 automation layer.
• Strong knowledge and experience in all SDLC phases of project implementation.
• In-depth understanding of production process.
• Experience in production support including resolution of daily production issues, analysis and understand end business user expectation.
• Experience in scripting languages Core like java, JBoss, Active MQ, Tomcat.

FUNCTIONAL DELIVERABLES

• Ensure optimal solution design work with development team to create FDS and detailed design specification implement the FTPC solution and smooth go live.
• Root cause analysis and solutions for issues and ensure timely closure identify and develop new reusable application / codes / modules.
• Monitoring of MES application
• Should be well enough capable of handling L 2 escalation calls independently.

QUALIFICATION

BE / B. Tech in Information Technology, Computer science, ENTC, BSc / MCA
