Primary Responsibilities
Assist in validating and fulfilling client requirements.
Perform basic application validation and support tasks.

Provide client support via email, phone, and remote assistance.
Help manage incidents and maintain records of resolutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
Open to working 5 days a week in an office environment, sometimes overlapping with US shifts.
What Sets You Apart (Basic Qualifications)
Experience: IT Fresher (B.Tech, B.E, BCA, MCA, M.Sc. IT) with 0 to 6 months of experience.
Skills: Basic understanding of SQL, MySQL, networking, Windows, and scripting.
Eagerness to learn and grow professionally.
Excellent communication skills (Must Have).
Knowledge of basic programming concepts, HTML, NodeJS, and JavaScript (Good to have).
