Key Responsibilities
Work on client projects to train generative AI models by creating prompts and responses following provided instructions and best practices
Generate prompts and responses similar to given examples
Use communication tools like Slack, Teams, and SharePoint for project updates, team collaboration, and queries
Learn and adapt to new software programs on the job
Provide supporting documentation when AI models fail
Requirements
Experience: 0-2 years
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (any stream)
Preferred: Good understanding of AI
Ability to gain new skills and knowledge through hands-on experience
Keen eye for detail
Ability to work independently
Strong time management skills
Demonstrated “get it done” attitude with high accountability, transparency, and teamwork
