ICICI Bank Hiring Freshers – Aspire Program (Relationship Manager)
About the Program
The ICICI Bank Aspire Program nurtures young professionals to pursue a career in banking, with a strong focus on learning, capability building, and cultural grounding. The program prepares participants to join the Bank as Relationship Managers in a sales role, guided by the Bank’s culture of “seva bhav”—serving customers with integrity, empathy, and responsibility.
In this sales role, you will engage closely with customers to understand their needs, build long-term relationships, and responsibly offer appropriate banking solutions, in line with the Bank’s values of truth, trust, and transparency, and the principle of being fair to the customer and fair to the Bank. The role involves continuous customer interactions and may require travel within and around the assigned location or city.
The program includes 2 months of structured classroom training at a residential campus, the cost of which is borne by ICICI Bank. Upon successful completion of the program, you will be placed in Relationship Management (sales) roles at various locations across the country.
Eligibility
- Graduates, Engineers, Post Graduates, MBA
- Minimum with 60% in 10th and Graduation.
- Below 25 years (as on date of application)
- Applicant should be locationally mobile and willing to do Relationship & Sales roles
- 0 to 2 Years experience
Program Structure
- 2 Months Classroom Training

- Online Aptitude Test (Verbal, Quantitative, Logical ability, General Awareness, Video based questions)
- Interview (Face-to-Face)
Key Responsibilities
- Create service excellence by partnering with customers through their life cycle and offering suitable products and services based on their financial needs while being fair to the customer and fair to the bank in all engagements.
- Ensuring a growth in wallet share of existing customers and on boarding new customers by offering 360-degree banking solutions that meet the needs of our customers.
- Offer products based on customer needs in collaboration with other internal teams in the bank for suitable product offerings.
- Work towards enhancing customer portfolio within the philosophy of Fair to Bank, Fair to Customer
- Offer products that are fair to our customers and fair to the bank.

Leapwork Hiring Freshers – Junior Software Engineer
Role Responsibilities
- Assist in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software systems as per the definition of done.
- Collaborate with team members and follow best practices for software development.
- Participate in requirement analysis and contribute to technical documentation.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code under guidance from senior engineers.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in development and production environments.
