- Provide Level 3 technical support for warehouse automation products.
- Handle and resolve complex technical issues escalated from Level 2 teams.
- Ensure adherence to ticket resolution workflows and SLA commitments.
- Create detailed technical tickets for R&D teams when required.
- Follow escalation procedures based on issue severity and resolution timelines.
- Maintain technical documentation for products, features, and customer deployments.
- Collaborate with Client Service Managers and Service Engineers.
