Job Description
The Flowserve Graduate Engineering Trainee Program is an elite opportunity for emerging future engineers to fast-track their career while leveraging the education received through their degree programs. Most participants start in a design drafter or sales support representative role and receive mentoring from senior engineers.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Learn about Flowserve’s industry, products, competitors and operations
- Work through assignments focused on engineering fundamentals

- Perform varied and complex work under supervision
- Work in a fast-paced environment with effective communication
- Develop technical and interpersonal skills
- Work through product design processes from beginning to end
- Coordinate aftermarket quotes and support customer proposals
Requirements / Skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organization and planning skills
- Self-motivated and collaborative
- Ability to read engineering drawings
- Good communication skills
- Hands-on experience in pump assembly/repair
- Proficiency in 3D modelling (SolidWorks) and 2D drafting
- Knowledge of GD&T and ANSI standards
