Role Summary
- As a Software Development Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of software modules owned by a team.
- Your primary focus will be on the development of all backend server-side components and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front end.
- This role requires excellent communication skills as you will need to collaborate across teams.
Skills and Experience
- Hands-on experience in Go/Python/C/C++/Rust on Unix/Linux or Windows platform
- Excellent programming skills along with Data structures, Algorithms, Design Concepts
- Experience in working with SoA will be an advantage
- Experience in Cloud Technologies (preferably AWS) will be an advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiar with Agile methodologies like Scrum etc.
- Working knowledge of Dockers and Kubernetes will be an advantage
Primary Responsibilities
- Play a key role in the design/development of features.
- Responsible for the complete software development cycle.
- Gathering & understanding requirements.
- Design, development & implementation independently.
- Responsible for ensuring timely and quality delivery.
- Will be able to work on end-to-end features.
Academic Qualification
- Essential: Degree requirements of 60% overall grade point average and BE, BTech, ME, MTech.
- Subjects: The following specializations are available: CS/ IT / Robotics / ISE / EE / ECE / EIE / AEIE / EEE/ETE/Maths/Computing
- Concepts related to the software development life cycle as well as programming, especially in Python
