Responsibilities:

Preparation of non-technical business communications and basic presentations; from a layout and a content perspective.

Review documents for accuracy,

completeness, adherence to style guides, and compliance with company standards and procedures.

Input and update data in documents or databases accurately and efficiently, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

Coordinate with various departments to collect, compile, and organize information for creating or updating documents.

Provide excellent support, addressing document-related inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.

Provide assistance with project-based work; be able to work independently in support of a project lead.

Organize, coordinate, and prepare internal and external (virtual) meetings and events.

Perform other administrative work as required; this may include handling incoming and outgoing email and other correspondence, managing the agenda and arranging travel, inputting timesheets and expenses, and filing documents on the internal database.

The team

The Shared Services team at Hyderabad supports the Deloitte organization in the North South Europe region with a wide variety of capabilities like financial reporting, HR and financial transaction processing, administrative service and helpdesk support, marketing, and IT services.

Qualifications Required:

Any Bachelor’s degree.

Good communication skills (written and verbal), problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Thorough knowledge of basic PC software.

Ability to work independently, plan, and adapt your schedule for urgent assignments.

Solution and customer-oriented, with great perseverance.

Eager to learn, conscientious, stress-resistant, and have a positive attitude.
