Job Description for Analyst Trainee Aligned to IT & Integrated Smart Operations
Location
Chennai, Bangalore, Coimbatore, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune, Mumbai, and Kochi.
Candidate must be flexible to relocate to any Cognizant work locations as per the business requirement and demand.
Job Description
Perform database queries, CRUD operations, and write stored procedures.
Prepare and execute tests, analyze and resolve service tickets, and demonstrate proficiency in IT Service Management and Data Analytics tools, with a strong drive for innovation.
Describe relationships between tables and write queries to retrieve data from the database.
Prepare test cases/scripts/data and execute manual/automated tests.
Analyze root causes and fix service tickets as per standard operating procedures.
Demonstrate proficiency in tools related to IT Service Management and Data Analytics.
Possess a strong drive to innovate & experiment in projects.

Eligibility Criteria
Students from the 2023/2024/2025 graduating batch with a three-year full-time degree (BCA, BSc – Computer Science, Information Technology (allied streams), Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Statistics, Electronics) are invited to apply.
Students should possess a consistent academic record with a minimum 60% in X, XII, Diploma, UG (rounding off 59.9% is not allowed).
At the time of joining, all recruits need to have a minimum 60% aggregate in the pursuing degree with no standing arrears.
Students applied for re-evaluation and waiting for the results would be validated with the initial results score declared.
Appropriate CGPA to percentage conversion to be considered as per university norms.
Students with standing arrears are NOT eligible to apply.
Flexibility to work from any Cognizant office location in a given shift timing and technology is mandatory.
Open to Indian nationals/OCIs who are currently residing in India.
