🔹 Analyst Trainee – IT & Integrated Smart Operations
Responsibilities:

Write SQL queries, perform CRUD operations, and create stored procedures

Prepare & execute test scripts (manual/automated)

Analyze service tickets and fix root causes

Work with ITSM & data analytics tools

Responsibilities:

Monitor servers, networks, storage, messaging, and cloud environments

Requirements:

Provide L1 technical support to end-users

Troubleshoot hardware/software issues

Maintain knowledge base articles and track support tickets

Minimum 60% for IT & Smart Ops roles; 50% for Multicloud & DWS
