The duration of the internship program will be 1 year.
In this role, you will work with cross functional teams ranging from Cloud Operations, Platform Engineering, and Development to maintain reliability, scalability, efficiency and availability of production environment.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Provide First level support for all production incidents on GCP & AWS Infrastructure.
Ensure Observability is an integral part of the infrastructure and provide adequate visibility about their health, utilization, and availability.
Perform infra & application deployments by adhering to the change management process.
Schedule, Manage and troubleshoot Batch jobs.
Collaborate and communicate extensively with cross functional teams. Should be open to support 24/7 shifts.
Qualifications:
Familiar with building Infrastructure Platforms and CI/CD pipelines in a major public cloud provider – GCP preferred.
Familiar with Kubernetes and its ecosystem – Containerd/Docker, Terraform, ArgoCD.
Familiar with observability platforms/tools like ELK/Grafana/Prometheus/Cloud metrics, etc.
Familiar with Python, Golang or a similar language.
Strong communication skills.
Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science / Information Technology/ Electronics & communication / Electrical & Electronics. Should have graduated in 2024/ 2025
