Data Scientist:
Requirements
- Proficient & hands-on in Python is a must.
- Good Understanding Machine Learning and advanced analytical techniques such as predictive modeling, statistical analysis, machine learning, text mining, geospatial analytics, time series forecasting, optimization and their real-world advantages/drawbacks.
- Must have thorough mathematical knowledge of correlation/causation, decision trees, classification and regression models, recommenders, probability and stochastic processes, distributions, priors and posteriors.
- Good understanding of software engineering principles and fundamentals including data structures and algorithms.
- Must have excellent written and oral communication skills on both technical and non-technical topics.
- Must have excellent general analytical & problem solving skills.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, quantitative studies, such as Statistics, Math, Operation Research, Economics and Advanced AnalyticsÂ

BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE ANALYST:
Requirements
- Ability to gather, analyze, document and validate business requirements.
- Ability to gather & query business data from different data sources/databases using SQL and/or other tools such as Alteryx or Knime
- Familiarity with one or more data sources such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle database or Amazon Redshift
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends and present findings with recommendations
- Ability to use tools such as Tableau or Power BI to analyze and build reports/dashboards (Looker, ThoughtSpot and Sisense, a plus)
- Familiarity with Python or R is a plus
- Demonstrate a desire to remain current with features in the latest industry technologies and standards
