Role Overview
As a Global People Analytics Associate, you’ll work as a Data Engineer responsible for building scalable data infrastructure that powers workforce insights across BCG. Key Responsibilities
- Design and maintain scalable data models and analytics-ready datasets in Snowflake.
- Build and optimise data pipelines using dbt, Python, Airflow, and Fivetran.
- Develop and manage enterprise data warehouse solutions.
- Integrate and transform data from multiple internal and external sources.
- Ensure high standards of data quality, governance, and monitoring.
- Support reporting, dashboards, and self-service analytics initiatives.
- Collaborate with data analysts, data scientists, and HR stakeholders.
- Improve data reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency.
- Follow best practices for data engineering and warehouse optimisation.

Required Skills & Eligibility
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of Data Engineering or Analytics Engineering experience.
- Strong knowledge of Snowflake data warehousing.
- Advanced SQL programming skills.
