Associate Opportunity at Genpact 2024 Job details:

Detailed Job Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and execute Functional test scripts as per the test plan.
• Understand the functionality of test cases, test plans, and End to End test cases.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum qualifications

• BS/BE/B.Tech/MCA or equivalent.

Preferred qualifications

• • Relevant experience in Functional & Automation Testing.
  • Understanding of both Waterfall and Scrum Agile methodologies.
  • Must be able to understand and collaborate on requirements and design.

• Good business analysis skills as needed for a good tester.
• Knowledge of Salesforce.com testing or other SaaS applications.
• Understanding of coding enterprise applications within Java, PHP, and other languages.
• Must be flexible and be able to work with changing priorities, and be able to manage time with multitasking.
• Assertive communication skills, ability to work with minimal direction, able to participate and be a productive team member.
