About the Role – Amazon Ads Content Reviewer Jobs

Amazon is expanding its Advertising Operations Team and looking for dynamic individuals to join as Ads Content Reviewers in Bangalore. This team is responsible for reviewing online advertisements and ensuring they meet Amazon’s quality and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities of Ads Content Reviewer at Amazon

1. Ad Review & Analysis

Review and approve/reject ads based on policy guidelines

Ensure ads meet quality, legal, and brand compliance standards

Detect and escalate policy violations and potentially sensitive content

Evaluate trends, patterns, and suggest improvements

2. Customer Communication & Issue Resolution

Respond to advertisers via email and handle escalations

Troubleshoot advertiser issues related to policy or platform use

3. Training & Documentation

Assist in onboarding and mentoring new team members

Maintain SOPs, wikis, and training documents

Contribute to training materials and feedback sessions

4. Process Monitoring & Quality Control

Monitor workflow and re-assign tasks as needed

Maintain internal audit quality and share improvement feedback

Support in shift operations and team coordination

Eligibility Criteria – Amazon Ads Reviewer Jobs

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

Freshers or candidates with 6+ months of operations/process experience

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Good command of English (verbal and written)

Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel

Comfortable working with sensitive or explicit content (religious, alcohol, weapons, etc.)

Willing to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and night shifts

Preferred Qualifications

Advanced computer skills

Prior experience in online advertising or content moderation is a plus

Strong analytical ability and attention to detail
