Role Overview
As an Associate Software Engineer at Accenture, you will work on developing, designing, and maintaining technology solutions for global clients. You will be part of challenging and dynamic environments, solving business problems using modern tech stacks.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, assemble, support and configure applications based on business requirements.
- Understand business drivers and deliver software that meets performance expectations.
- Participate in development of automation solutions, new functionalities and integrate new technologies into existing systems.
- Resolve incidents and provide support through voice, email, chat, and remote assistance.
- Take ownership of successful implementation and delivery of assigned solutions.
- Support infrastructure operations and manage delivery for IT production systems and services.
Skills & Competencies

Preferred Technical Skills
- Basic understanding of ABAP on HANA, CDS, AMDP, performance analysis.
- Knowledge or experience in Salesforce.com configuration/customization.
- Good working knowledge in J2EE / full stack development.
- Hands-on exposure to .NET (ASP.NET / ASP.NET MVC).
- Understanding of test automation engineering, test design, test cases and test data.
Eligibility Criteria
- Any Engineering stream: B.E / B.Tech / M.E / M.Tech OR MCA / M.Sc (CS/IT/CA/Data Science).
- No active backlogs during application or onboarding.
- 0–23 months of full-time experience only.
- No gaps during the stipulated degree duration (e.g. 4-year B.Tech must be completed in 4 years).
- Candidates must have Indian citizenship (Bhutan & Nepal nationals can work without visa; others need work visa/OCI/PIO).
- Should not have appeared for Accenture recruitment assessment/interview in the last 3 months.
- Flexibility to work in 24×7 shifts and relocate anywhere in India as per project requirement.

Role Overview
The Trainee is responsible for configuring and testing Wipro’s proprietary Total Benefit Administration (TBA) system to meet client requirements. You will work on setting up system parameters and tables using internal tools based on business analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure Wipro’s proprietary TBA system using internal tools and systems.
- Set up tables and parameters as defined by requirement analysis.
- Participate in system configuration, functional testing, and validation.
- Understand client benefit requirements and map them to system functionalities.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure quality delivery and smooth implementations.
Technical Skills Required
- Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) concepts.
- Basic understanding of SAS & Mainframe principles.
- Ability to write and understand simple & complex SQL queries.
- Understanding of relational database concepts – tables, keys, relationships, DB2 queries, etc.
- Awareness of automation testing principles and software quality assurance practices.
- Knowledge of system testing methodologies is an added advantage.

- Excellent communication skills – oral, written, and listening.
- Ability to share information clearly, write and speak concisely.
- Strong ownership and responsibility towards assigned work.

Eligibility & Other Details
- Qualification: B.E / B.Tech / MCA (2024 or 2025 passouts only).
- Service Agreement: 12 months.
- Shift Timings: 5:30 PM to 3:00 AM (9.5 hour shift).
- Mode of Technical Interview: Face-to-Face at Wipro Office, Chennai.
