Role Overview

The intern will assist in managing technical programs and initiatives across Rubrik’s Engineering organization, tracking milestones, preparing dashboards, coordinating with stakeholders and supporting risk and process improvement activities.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with defining program scope, goals, milestones and success metrics.
Maintain project plans, schedules and documentation.
Track project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.
Create dashboards and reports for progress and KPI tracking.
Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management and Customer Support teams.
Assist with communicating schedules, status and project issues.
Support effective project meetings and coordination.
Identify potential risks and assist with mitigation planning.
Help development teams address issues affecting project timelines.
Recommend tools and methodologies for efficiency and automation.
Document lessons learned and best practices.

Eligibility & Required Skills

Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or a related field.
2027 graduates from circuital branches only.
CGPA of 8 and above.
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Basic understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to learn quickly and work collaboratively.
Exposure to AWS, Azure or GCP is preferred.
Exposure to storage or enterprise product development is beneficial.
Available from January 2027 to May 2027 for the Bangalore onsite internship.
