Role Overview
The intern will assist the Loads and Controls Engineering Department with software development, testing, controller validation, automated reporting and documentation for next-generation wind turbine technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in designing and programming MATLAB and Python functions.
- Support automated reporting and controller validation workflows.
- Test and validate new and existing software tools.
- Debug and improve tool performance based on feedback and requirements.
- Support automated build, testing and CI/CD procedures.
- Prepare technical documentation, user guides and development notes.
- Create data analysis reports and technical presentations.
- Prepare controller certification documents.
Eligibility & Required Skills
- Currently pursuing B.Tech 3rd/4th year or M.Tech 1st year in Control & Automation, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics or related engineering.
- Strong Python and MATLAB skills.
- Knowledge of Latex and Object-Oriented Programming.
- Understanding of software testing and version control systems such as Git.
- Exposure to Mercurial, Git, Jira, GitLab, Jenkins or Artifactory is valuable.
- Strong problem-solving, collaboration and communication skills.
- Proactive learning attitude.
