Role Overview
The Junior Research Analyst will conduct research and data collection, maintain database accuracy, monitor outsourced workloads, perform quality checks and contribute to daily, weekly and ongoing research projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate proactively and manage outsourcer workloads.
- Conduct data collection to maintain database accuracy and integrity.
- Perform systematic checks to identify inaccuracies and operational inefficiencies.
- Provide progress and challenge updates to the Vertical lead.
- Own assigned daily, weekly and ongoing research tasks.
- Support training of service providers and maintain process documentation.
