About the Role
Mercer is looking for an Analyst to join its Content and Publications Global Delivery Team in Noida. The role focuses on analyzing business data, identifying trends, conducting research, preparing reports, and delivering actionable insights that support strategic decision-making. Role Overview
As an Analyst, you will collect, clean, validate, and analyze compensation and benefits data, create reports and dashboards, support project delivery, and work within Agile teams to improve operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities
- Understand project requirements through stakeholder interactions and kick-off meetings.
