Academian Hiring – Trainee Software Engineer (A-PLUS)
Roles & Responsibilities
- Participate in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Assist in designing and developing scalable software solutions.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ship new features.
- Troubleshoot, test, and maintain core product software.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Required Skillset
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on experience with Java frameworks (Spring/Hibernate is a plus).
- Academic projects or internships in software development.
- Understanding of relational databases and SQL.
- Exposure to React, Automation, AI, or Cloud technologies is beneficial.

MountBlue Hiring – Software Engineer Trainee
Eligibility
- BE/B.Tech (2024 & 2025 Batch).
- pH Test Score Mandatory (eLitmus).
- Must be available to join office for training.
Training & Compensation Structure
- First 3 Months Training Stipend: ₹15,000 per month.
- Next 12 Months Stipend: ₹33,400 per month (₹4.01 Lakh total).
- Post 15 Months: ₹8 – ₹12 LPA (Performance-based).
- 15-month employment commitment required.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop, compile, test, debug, and deploy software.
- Build web and mobile applications using Java, Python, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, etc.
- Ensure timely and defect-free software deployments.
- Write documentation for software and APIs.
- Support production systems and provide hot fixes.
Skills Required
- Proficiency in at least one language: C, C++, Java, Python, JavaScript, PHP, Ruby.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated and eager to learn new technologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
