Job Description
The Associate Analyst collaborates with the Digital and Transformation team to support IT-enabled business solutions. The role involves assistance in system configuration and enhancement for APO in terms of Demand Planning, SNP & PPDS, along with production support aligned with company policies and procedures.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Develops a basic understanding of the organization’s vision and business processes.
- Works under guidance to document and translate business needs into user stories.
- Applies standard best practices to identify business requirements and propose improvements.
- Supports configuration, testing, and documentation tasks using tools such as Azure DevOps and Jira.
- Assists in delivering system functionality aligned with user stories and specifications.
- Provides day-to-day system support and routine maintenance activities.
- Supports APO and Planning integration teams with issue tracking and monitoring.
- Participates in APO on S/4HANA and PPDS implementation activities.
- Helps create and update SOPs, work instructions, and job aids.
- Follows ERP change control processes and assists in tracking system changes.
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science required or
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems required
Work Experience
- 0–3 years of related work experience preferred
License and Certifications
- Certified Scrum Developer (CSD) – preferred upon hire
