Job Description

Provides proactive user helpdesk services to inbound customer service requests. Diagnoses and resolves hardware and software issues, performs software distribution, creates and updates tickets, and ensures appropriate customer engagement using available tools and remote technologies.

• Answers inbound customer calls and transforms information into the ticket system.
• Checks if reported incidents are covered by contract and retrieves customer agreement if required.
• Engages with customers to diagnose and solve incidents such as password resets and software configuration.
• Uses remote tools to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Escalates unresolved issues and informs customers of next steps.
• Monitors UWQ tasks and updates tickets for cancellations or additional information.
• Informs manager or IRM team in case of escalations.
• Documents all activities in knowledge management and reporting systems.
• Ensures high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
